However, in the hustle and bustle of life, we often forget to breathe properly. We pass by the small miracles of life without seeing them, and we gradually become alienated from ourselves.
Believing in the liberating and healing power of yoga and recognizing the need for more somatic and spiritual healing in our society, we decided to realize our lifelong dream of creating the Social Impact Project Training to share our passion for yoga and personal growth with you.
Sharing the valuable knowledge and wisdom that has greatly contributed to our lives is an important and meaningful step in our personal journeys.
Our core specializations encompass a variety of therapeutic yoga disciplines. Within yoga, we have a particular focus on hatha yoga, trauma-informed, yin, and senior-specific approaches. A key part of our holistic approach to a healthy lifestyle is our mindful movement workshops and mindful eating coaching sessions, which are customized to fit your specific needs.
